Terms of use.

Last updated: July 17, 2026 · Version 1.0 (draft)

Notice — document under review. These terms are a starting template. They must be adapted to your actual contracts and approved by legal counsel before final publication.

These terms govern the use of the publicusgroup.ca website published by Publicus Group. By browsing this site, you accept these terms. They do not replace the service agreements signed on a case-by-case basis with our clients.

1. Purpose of the site

The site presents Publicus Group's services (websites, e-commerce, SEO, marketing, custom software and AI agents) and lets you contact us. It is informational; prices shown as "on quote" do not constitute a firm offer.

2. Quotes and services

Every engagement is covered by a written quote specifying scope, deliverables, timelines and price. Work begins after the quote is accepted and, where applicable, a deposit is paid. Detailed terms (payment, revisions, termination) are set out in the project-specific service agreement.

3. Intellectual property

The site's content (text, logo, graphic assets, code) is the property of Publicus Group unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited. The transfer of rights over deliverables produced for a client is defined in the corresponding contract, generally upon full payment.

4. Liability

We strive to ensure the accuracy of published information, without warranty of being error-free. Publicus Group cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or its temporary unavailability. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.

5. Third-party links and services

Some features rely on third-party services (form via Web3Forms, online shop, social networks). Their use is subject to those providers' terms.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Province of New Brunswick and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of New Brunswick, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.

7. Changes

Publicus Group may amend these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, as of the date shown at the top.
